Nippich Suppasiripoka is a Thai filmmaker from Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. He earned a BFA in Visual & Media Arts from Emerson College (2023) and previously worked as a writer for internationally acclaimed Thai filmmaker Nonzee Nimibutr on a Thai PBS limited series. He later gained experience in international sales and distribution at EST N8 and served as a Creative Producer at N8, where he was also an Associate Producer on the feature documentary Heals. The film was selected for Sheffield DocFest and received the Audience Award and an Honorable Mention for Best International Feature at the Inside Out Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival.
As an independent producer, his short film āyí premiered at the Tribeca Festival, where it received a Special Jury Mention for the Student Visionary Award. The film later screened at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival, where it received a Special Mention for Best International Short Film, and at the Hainan International Film Festival, where it received a Jury Special Mention for Best Short Film. It was also officially selected for the Hawai‘i International Film Festival, Asian Film Festival, and Minikino Film Week.
His latest short film as a director, Mantis’ Graveyard, was selected as a Short Film Market Pick at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. He was also a fellow at the Reykjavík International Film Festival Talent Lab, where he developed his feature directorial debut.
